By downloading or using the Illusion AI Art Generator App (Illusion App), these terms and

conditions (Terms and Conditions) will automatically apply to you – you should make sure

therefore that you read them carefully before using the Illusion App. Illusion App provides

services to generate and share with other users visual content through the use of its AI

algorithm based on the texts and images inserted by you and the art styles provided by

Illusion App (Services). This Terms and Conditions only grants you the right to use the

Illusion App to benefit from Services within the scope defined herein. You’re not allowed to

copy, or modify the Illusion App, any part of the Illusion App, or our trademarks in any way.

You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Illusion App, and you also

should not try to translate the Illusion App into other languages, or make derivative versions.

The Illusion App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other

intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Paris FrenchTech.

Paris FrenchTech is committed to ensuring that the Illusion App is as useful and efficient as possible.

For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Illusion App or to charge for its

services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Illusion App or its

Paris FrenchTech Services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Illusion App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order

to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Illusion

App secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is

the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating

system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious

programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Illusion

App won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Paris FrenchTech will not take responsibility

for. Certain functions of the Illusion App will require the Illusion App to have an active

internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network

provider, but Paris FrenchTech cannot take responsibility for the Illusion App not working at full

functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance

left.

If you’re using the Illusion App outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your

terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may

be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection

while accessing the Illusion App, or other third party charges. In using the Illusion App,

you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you

use the Illusion App outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off

data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the Illusion

App, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer

for using the Illusion App.

Along the same lines, Paris FrenchTech cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the

Illusion App i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of

battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Paris FrenchTech Service, Paris FrenchTech cannot accept

responsibility.

With respect to Paris FrenchTech’s responsibility for your use of the Illusion App, when you’re using

the Illusion App, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is

updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so

that we can make it available to you. Paris FrenchTech accepts no liability for any loss, direct or

indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Illusion App.

At some point, we may wish to update the Illusion App. The Illusion App is currently

available on iOS and Android – the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the Illusion App. Paris FrenchTech does not promise

that it will always update the Illusion App so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the

iOS or Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to

always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop

providing the Illusion App, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of

termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and

licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Illusion App, and

(if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may unilaterally amend and update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus,

you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any

changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These amendments shall be

effective on the date when they are published. The User is obliged to follow these

amendments and updates and shall be deemed to have agreed with these amendments in

case the User confirms these amendments and continues to use the Illusion App following

the publication.

The User acknowledges that it cannot gain a title and/or status of Paris FrenchTech’s representative,

authorized person, agent, commercial representative, stakeholder, solution or business

partner, dealer etc. by concluding this Agreement; therefore, the User shall not be able to

disclose a notification to be interpreted as such in any documents, brochures and

advertisements to be arranged by and between third parties, on its website or in its

references.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 18 May 2022.

These terms and conditions legally create an agreement between you, as the User, and

Apps”) a list of which is available at the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. You

hereby agree to be bound by these terms of service any time you use or access

Illusion App. These terms and conditions are set forth by Paris FrenchTech for any of its

products or services located in the Apple App Store and/or Google Play and/or any

other online platform (each a “Paris FrenchTech Service” and collectively the “Paris FrenchTech

Services”), excluding any provision specifically referring to Illusion App. Your use of

the Paris FrenchTech Services is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these

terms. “Use” or “using” means hereby to access, install, download, copy, in-app

purchasing or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Paris FrenchTech Apps as

per with the documentation. Please read this End-User License Agreement (the

“Agreement”) carefully before accessing, downloading or using any Paris FrenchTech Apps,

for the concerning Agreement governs your use of the Paris FrenchTech Apps and how we
